SHP Story

Swiss Hospitality Partners (SHP) is a dynamic consulting company specialized in hospitality. It was founded in 2009 by three passionate professionals: Alexander Manz, Michael Manz and Dario Bertucci.

At that time, all three partners had already been working together for some years in the Hospitality industry, each of them developing their own knowledge and know-how in different areas of the business. Talking about their future, they realized they had accumulated an extensive understanding of the industry and business management, they were covering a wide range of operational and managerial aspects of the business as well and, above all, they had developed a strong and clear vision of the future of the industry. It became obvious that it was time for a new challenge: creating their own consulting firm.

In addition to their broad expertise, having on board two members of the well-known Manz family, one of the last Swiss private hotel owners, which has been successfully operating hotels for over 120 years, guaranteed access to an impressive network of influent experts, owners, investors and operators within the hospitality sector.

Today, Swiss Hospitality Partners stands on solid foundations, coming from a long-lasting Swiss Hospitality tradition, while developing innovative, effective, profit-oriented and tailored solutions for each of its client.
