SHP assisted the owner of the hotel with Operator Search, Construction Planning, Project Management and acted as FF&E agent. 

In the operator search phase, SHP provided and reviewed several options, then supported the owner in the choice and negotiation with the selected brand, Ritz Carlton.

In its capacity as FF&E agent, SHP gathered offers from the furniture and equipment suppliers chosen by the design team, provided alternatives and negotiated terms in order to optimize value for money on each item. It then handled logistics, custom clearance and warehousing, as well as supervised invoicing and payment process. SHP was able to significantly lower the FF&E costs for the owner, while ensuring timely deliveries and reliability of the products.

SHP was also a key player in the construction steering committee, which planned and managed the overall construction, from the signature of the agreement with the brand to the completion of the refurbishment and flagging of the property as a Ritz Carlton.
