After consulting to improve operational performance, SHP has supported North Island in the search of the right distribution and branding partner for the resort.
Once finalized the choice, to Marriott's Luxury Collection, SHP has managed the refurbishment and operational fine tuning needed for the conversion, which was successfully achieved in December 2019.
